There is a teacher that likes to fool around with his students and one day he is found out in the infirmary by the doctor (or another teacher, not sure). So the doctor begins to follow around the teacher to stop him from preying on the students and later they fall in love.

Unfortunately it's not that one but it's pretty similar only that in the one I'm looking for you see the uke stopping every chances of the seme to flirt with the students and some of them are bothered by his intrusions; at one point a student drags the seme in the courtyard and asks him if he is in love with the uke and he says that he isn't in love with him (at that moment the uke is hiding in the bushes ready to intervene in the case the seme put his hands on the student, so he listens all the conversation and feels very depressed about the seme's answer) but of course he is lying.
