I'm looking for a shoujo/josei manga where the story focuses on the development of a growing couple like Get Love!!. I don't want a manga where the ending is simply the female protagonist winning the guy's heart. I want to see the couple growing together and overcoming hardships together, etc.

I don't really mind smut, but please no hentai, yuri/yaoi.

So any suggestions?

Kingyo Sou, maybe?

The couple gets together in the first chapter, so the rest of the series is all about them moving through life together and definitely about overcoming hardship, since the main male lead is deaf.

Nodame Cantabile maybe? The couple is a bit quirky but it's a coming of age story with all the expected hardships and dilemmas, that both protagonists face together.
