ok i know this is kinda old but i saw a while ago the ova release and thought it was cool, anyone else agree and if so anyone know if they thinkin abt makin an anime for this, and yes i am well aware that is still a long way for making a decent series given only abt 7 volumes have been released

7 volumes is long enogh to make a decent 24 episode anime
all Anime does not to go on forever

yeah thats fair enough i suppose but i would like something more than a lil 24 ep series like maybe 52 ep one is fine ya know

after watching the jump special/OVA thing i can now say that i HOPE they never make a series out of this
the anime brings out how bad this manga really is
ugly muscleman that run around killing defenceless animals for food[the voice does not fit at all]
nerd who is so boring and irritating [even more so with a voice] who cook shit... useless

even if the manga have some fun fighting later on
it is still one of the worst major jump titles i have ever seen

what i mean is that most of the time there is no reason for him to go around killing the animals
he go out of his way to find,kill and eat animals that would not have attacked him or anyone else as long as they leave them alone

its like if i suddenly wanted to go eat lion
riffle and a jeep and i could have killed 100s of lions in a day
but if i had walked unarmed right into a pack of lions and especially if they where hungry or if they had cubs i would have died in an instant[most likely]

it is just a glorified animal slaughter fest and i find it horrible

hmmm would it be safe to say ur a vegetarian then. in a sense i can understand where you are coming from but then by that sense you could apply that to alot of manga and anime being a glorification of violence and what not.

seriously its not meant to be taken seriously, cos i mean dude its a manga there is some stuff out there alot worse than this realli when u get right down to it so i consider this stuff quite tame and enjoyable to read. besides these animals are far from defenseless and not to mention u gotta take it in the context of the world they are in so i find the whole concept of this manga interesting

i know it is a comedy but its not that funny to joke about killing random animals and in some cases endangered species
just for his own and other ppls twisted pleasures of eating them

i dont see that many seal cub clubbing manga out on the market
but in a way that is what is going on in this manga

maybe i have to go to norrway for that
