I dont really understand the ending, but it looks like
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Ikeda regret choosing her and thats why I pick the <insert name here> and its Yuki.
Another question, if his big sis end up with Hidari's Father, does that make him her uncle and if Ikeda choose Hidari, that means its Uncle and niece and incest or half/semi-incest.

Oh my god... I'd love to. This is one of the very best endings I've ever read to a work of fiction; and I don't make that comment lightly!

I read it in the following way. Up until this point, Yoshinori and Hidari have had an uneven relationship. She's been overawed and impressed by him, in the way a little sister might for an older brother. That is to say, she only saw his strengths, and not his flaws. Minamo, by contrast, saw him much more completely. She was Yoshinori's own age, and was much more his equal in terms of power and understanding. Their relationship began on the basis of her seeing right through him, knowing his flaws. But anyway, throughout the whole story, Hidari didn't.

Until the last part of the last chapter. Yoshinori

makes that outburst. She outlines her plans for the future, demonstrating how she's become a strong person, capable of standing on her own two feet, and not being dependent on him, and he goes "Don't! Don't say things like this... You'll disappear... Don't grow up... You don't have to grow up..."

For the very first time -- literally on the last page -- she sees his weaknesses. Her previous, childish, perfect image of him shatters. And we're left with her looking at him, eyes wide open, as if for the very first time. The last words:

"With a wondering expression on her face, Hidari was looking at me."

Best ending ever. We're now left to wonder: now that she's seen him for who he truly is, for the very first time... will she continue to go out with him for a bit (probably for slightly too long, because she's still young, and doesn't yet know when to cut her losses), before finally coming to terms with the fact that he's not what she built him up to be, that's he's actually quite a pathetic creature, needing to cling on to some female-formed Ideal (be it her, Minamo, or Yuki) in order to be able to stand up to life... and thus, subsequently leave him in the dirt, where he belongs, to grow crawling back to some Minamo he can exploit?
OR, does her seeing him for who he is for the first time get rid of the illusions of childish infatuation... and open up the door to a real, adult love, on the basis of mutual knowing and acceptance, rather than idealization?

Who knows? Tomochika-sensei has but left us with the tools to dream it... smile

Omg I went back and read the final chapter again and read your explanation which made me almost as infuriated by the ending as it did 3 years ago! The fact that it doesn't follow the "where they are x years later" route for the ending makes the ending all the more realistic.
