This is going to be a terrible description so I apologize in advance.

I read this manga on myreadingmanga.info probably a year or so ago and it had a gorgeous, more modern art style, and the story was of a man who developed feelings for another man, but I believe the other man had leftover feelings for someone else, and on the last page I read it was the love interest waiting outside in the rain (possible crying or sleeping?) on a curb and the one in love rides his bike (or motorcycle) quickly to this location and gets off his bike and sits next to him and holds his hand. I thought it was really beautiful and I can't find it for the life of me and I just need to know what happened! Does this sound familiar to anyone?
