I read a manga some time ago but forgot so save the title. So, I'm searching it now...I know the plot, still.

There was a girl who enrolled into a musical academy and she could see ghosts in form of beasts (kind of magical beasts/shadows). In the 1st day she enrolled at the academy she was attacked by a beast/ghost and was saved by a guy who could perform a musical instrument and use the sound to destroy the creature. Then, the girl meet other guys from the academy, they form a band/orchestra and she is their conductor ...BUT, she has magical powers, she can unite their sounds and use it to destroy evil creatures.

This is what i remember from the 1st chapter. The name of the manga is quite long as I remember but I still cannot find it. The manga is new...was published around 2013 or 2014...maybe.
