It's most likely to be an original picture (not related to any work) by some mangaka. If you're really interested, try sending a message to the scanlator group asking for the artist. I've checked everywhere, but couldn't find it. The group said they won't reply to these kind of questions, but the only credit they have given to this image is "Kane" and it's impossible to find something with only part of the artist's name.
