I read this a few years ago. It was about a married man who was cheating on his wife with his sister-in-law and their mother. While the plot sounds similar to Katekano or the Shimoedas, it's neither.

No, it wasn't that, I'm positive. The first chapter entailed the dude having sex with the wife and the sister, and ended with him fondling the mom.
