From what I remember, this manga is about a schoolboy (middle/high school) visiting his childhood friend, who is stuck in a hospital bed in a coma, and the girl's younger sister. The schoolboy throughout the manga masturbates and molests the comatosed girl and the reader knows that she is only pretending to be in a coma, as she wants the attention of other people because her parents are really stoic or something. The younger sister knows about the girl pretending and also wants to get it on with the guy (and eventually does, inside her sister's hospital room while she's still pretending to be unconscious) and everything ends in a threesome and the girl calling her dad afterwards, lying about her life being in danger and convincing him to finally visit her.

I know that it's been scanlated and if I remember correctly, the main character has a hairstyle resembling the main character of AnoHana.
