Hi! I don't know, whom I can adress my question, so I write here.
I was looking for information about AKAI Satomi and in her Wikipedia Page read, that:

紗夢猫（シャムネコ）というペンネームでデビュー。2008年にペンネームを赤井里実（アカイサトミ）に変更した。
Tr: Since debut pen name was Shamu Neko. In 2008 name was changed at Akai Satomi

I searched Shamu Neko on this site for adding associated names and found, that there is one of associated names by YAMAGUCHI Shinji and manga by Akai Satomi was mixed with manga of that author.

What to do in that case? In romanji may we change one letter? Shamu Neko→ Shamu Neco.
Or may be you use Roman numerals? Shamu Neco I → AKAI Satomi, Shamu Neco II → YAMAGUCHI Shinji
By the way: Shamu Neco is nickname by YAMAGUCHI Shinji in some Eroge sites may be it can be ignored.

I say attach the Japanese name to its romanized name. That way, when a search of the same romanized name comes up, you can distinguish it from one another. For example, SHAMU Neko (紗夢猫).

I do not understend how did you fixed her name. Because cant't find her. I often see altrnative name in list underline in cursive, but I don't see that too.
