Well, I understood Nagato's reasons when he was talking through Deva Pain to Naruto, and I still agree with him.

But there are some things that bothered me. Where was the gang that Yahiko formed when him and Nagato went to the assigned place? What kind of a leader would go to a negotiation without their gang to back them up? And as a matter of fact, how or when did Konan get taken away? Was it before or after they got to the place? And would it have been that hard for Kishimoto to add some panels showing any of this?

OK, whats bothering now is that Jariya said that Nagato was the recarnation of the Sage of Six realms (the guy even had rinnegan) that lead the world to peace, wouldn't that mean that Nagato is the child of propercy that will lead the world to peace??

It's really something to think about, but maybe when Nagato changed when Yahiko died and he basically wanted destruction there after to bring about world peace his own way, not some siting around while everyone are holding hands singing Kumbya.

I'm looking forward to what Kishi have in mind for us.

I begin to sympathize with Nagato. Yeah show them the pain and create a world of peace^^ Seriously who wouldn't turn into a psycho after witnessing all these things...

Atleast now Nagato has a plausible motivation. I still think he's a huge douche though. That fact will never change. Much like the fact Sasuke has become a hueg emofag.
