"The best kind of government is the kind that governs the less", is a quote that describes my feelings toward politics. There should not be one person who governs over every one. I'm not saying that there should be no president (now that would be Hell on earth), just someone to regulate and not dictate. The only candidate I ever liked was Ron Paul (no liberal seriously), but he dropped out so so much for that.
I'm glad this hasn't turned into a shit storm yet but a simple discussion though would be nice. Then again, it seems people here are much more civil when it comes to these matters. That's why I like you guys. 😉

i dont think it matters much what puppet you put in as "leader" of the united states
and to choose between
a so called democrat and a republican government is just silly
they are just as awul
the democrats claim they want to make america better for the little guy...nice little lies to win votes
they allways turn out to be just as awful if not worse than the republicans
mass poverty, borderline starvation and homeless ppl is a serious problem that no american politican seems to want to deal with[most likely bcoz these ppl dont vote]

Well, Romney is a total retard, so Obama is the only possible choice.
It's kinda weird that the Democrats have to fight to win elections from the Republicans.
While almost everyone outside the USA would describe Republicans as nut lunatics.
USA should get a completly new system, you know like democracy.

Well, blue or red, it does not matter. People should start voting on issues rather than on a president. The President of the US represent the people...wait no...the country...nope...the too big to fail aka the big campaign donators aka the ones behind the lobbyists...yes. In a democracy, it's better not to vote for a representative than to vote against one that you don't like.

Agreeing with TaoPaiPai and makoz so much. Parties are ridiculous and shouldn't even exist. Plus they alone have caused such a huge controversy not just in the political system but among every day people.
