I think it's a fanart of Agito/Akito from Air Gear. In the picture, it's Agito because bandage is on the right side[from our point of view].

They have split personalities, its Agito when the bandage/patch is on right side. And when it's on the left side, the personality turns to Akito. Yea, it's definitely from Air Gear, because you see that "Sleeping Forest" symbol on the top left? It's a main team in the storyline of the manga.

And when it has no bandage, it's Lind, another split-personality of Agito/Akito's. lol.
