We still need more translators and editors! When it comes to editors I will also gladly take people who are willing to be only cleaners (means they clean scans, they don't put text in them) and only typesetters (they only put text in the scans). Actually work goes a lot faster if you split these two things on different people ^^

and I saw that ART had Tsukushite Agemasu few months ago 🤢 so maybe you should talk it over with them or drop it? 😕

I'd like to be a cleaner, I work with adobe photoshop CS3, so it shouldnt be that hard 🙂

anyway, I'm looking for people who buy Cheese or ChuChu magazines and could scan something for us 🙂 I'm interested in some of the new series serialized in there but noone in my group buys these magazines ^^'

By jap->eng proofreading I mean that the proofreader has raws and translation and checks if everything is translated properly and also if there are no things missing in translation (translators often skip some small bubbles or sfxs just by accident, so proofreader should put these small things in translation) =)

Thanks to all people who offered their help! ^^ Now we have more scanners AND we intend to scan some nice things from Cheese magazine (mostly oneshots + a new series "Hatsukoi ni Oboreta") and some more manga ^^

now we REALLY need more japanese translators and cleaners (editors who don't have to do the typesetting) to speed up the proces ^^ so come and join, maaany cool manga awaits you! ^^

I wouldn't mind being a cleaner or typesetter. Or an English Proof-reader.

Nothing that has to do with translating, I hope? I don't know any foreign languages. XD

cleaner is the same as editor, but he doesn't do the typesetting part ^^'

as for now we can only take experienced editors since I already am teaching one person editing so it's impossible for me to teach more 🙁

oh, and for translating, no experience is needed, you just have to know japanese good enough to translate it into english 🙂 native japanese translators warmly welcomed, even if you're not great in english~~ ^^
