So... I've been dying to make this topic. Dying for days in fact, while licking my fingers in anticipation.
Does anyone know any eroguro webcomics? I don't mean just gory but surrealistic and stuff. It can have straight, bl, gl, etc. sexual content, doesn't matter.
I already know of Nice guts which is all right. 🙂

Well, guro is very definitely not my thing, but the classic example of a webcomic with an explicit sex focus and very twisted content is Sexy Losers.

Ahh that one. It was really sick and twisted but not sure if it really counts as eroguro. 🙂
