Sudden couple formation shoujo

Looking for a specific manga that I can't remember the name of... the protagonist is a schoolgirl who was planning to live through her school life inconspicuously, when all of a sudden a much sought-after male schoolmate grabs her (because she's the only girl around who seems uninterested?) and declares they're going out, in order to fend off the hordes of girls wanting to become his girlfriend. The protagonist gets really pissed off and yells at him for destroying her peaceful school life in pursuit of his own, but ultimately decides to help him out...
I think there's also an exchange of ribbons or something somewhere, as a sign they're going out... but i may be mistaken.

Hehe thanks! Actually, he's not taking a bath..the full picture is him sitting on his comfy chair wearing just his boxers and socks while drinking the tea. I couldnt find the full pic in my CPU anymore, I wish I could show you guys how hilarious it is! 🤣
