I can't remember the name of it.

It's a friends turned lovers manga.One had a crush on his friend since they were very young, and the other is very dense and is often referred to as an idiot. The idiot becomes more aware of his friend after he comes out as gay and that he is dating the student counsel president (?). The student counsel guy is a sadist that has interest in somebody else, a dude in a judo uniform. They had this deal going where they both knew that the friend was just using the sadist, so that the idiot would realize his feelings.

There was a scene where the sister of the idiot says that the friend is probably a cat (uke). It turns out that the friend is the seme, and the idiot has sensitive nipples. 🤣
