One of them cheated with a female co-worker and as a result the other started distancing physically. They have this break up with Hifumi refusing to see Doppo but Doppo makes the effort to reconcile. When I read it, I wasn't aware it was a doujin because I didn't know the anime. The site also didn't put the proper tags in.
