About a year and a half back I read this yaoi manga that I really liked, but I switched computers a while ago and forgot to back up my browser favourites. The manga, from what I can remember (which might be wrong in some places) was about these two guys who went to a school for kids of families who owned businesses, the uke being one of richest ones until his family's business was bought out by the seme's family business. I remember one of their uniforms being cut with scissors at the school as some kind of bullying/ humiliation, and the seme initially beating the uke and forces himself on him, which caused him to get sick and even left scars on the boy's back? He felt pretty bad about what he had done afterwards and promised to never do it again. I don't remember there being any hardcore smut in it, maybe a few scenes here and there. I think there was always a thing about sweets and tea. That's pretty much all I can think of, but any response is appreciatedddd.

Better explanation I found from someone in the same boat: The plot is about this rich boy who is bullying another student at the private (?) all-boys academy due to his family interfering with his own family's business. Later on he receives a letter from his father telling him he can't afford to pay for his tuition anymore. Then the one student he was bullying offers to help him in exchange for him to be his servant. A ton of stuff happens where the Seme (the bullied guy) whips the Uke in a bathroom. Later on the Seme falls in love with the Uke after the whipping incident. Then eventually the Uke finds out the Seme was only using him but they still end up together. Annnnd, that's all I can recall.
