I saw this picture on another site and was interested in knowing it's origin. Could anyone tell me what manga/author this picture is from? It looks scarily similiar to Suzuki Tsuta's artwork but I can't recall anything she's written looking like this.

i have NO clue... but suggest you look at the scanlation group's other works. usually what they do is take pics from those other works and incorporate them into their general pics for all released chpts

I found the illustration. It's a random picture by the artist Kazuaki.

I wonder if it is from Kazu Aki's manga Kaiyorihito Kaiyorishiki...? But I have not read it so I have no idea if it is even shounen-ai. May be worth looking into if you like the style, though.
