[spoiler][m] Hi, I am looking for a manga where somewhere along the story, the protagonist and the male lead promised to go to on a “trip” for Christmas or her birthday (idk, but it was snowing) but the male lead stood her up because he went to “help” or “assist” his ex gf, I think because her dad was dying or something like that. Later, the protagonist whispered something along the lines of “please don’t go” (or something like that), and when the guy tried to look for her after, she already got on the bus. He later believes the bus crashed but it was just a misunderstanding. I know it is a vague explanation but I seriously do not know the name of the series 🥺😭
