**well, i believe there's no post or topic that was created yet here.. this might be the first time. well, here's the thing:
as per current strength, intelligence and personality of the shinobis base on the current story settings right now, if you are the hokage, and you need to create a 5 man-team, who are those konoha shinobis that you'll include?

rules in creating the 5 man team:

1. the shinobis must be those konoha genins/acadamy students before the chunin exam (before Naruto Shippudden.) have started. so you can include konohamaru....
2. no jounins allowed. (except for neji since he was a genin at that time to begin with. you can add neji.)
3. ANBU's are not also allowed.
4. and lastly, tell us your reason why you chose them.
5. and also, before i forget, you can't include sasuke since he's now a missing nin, and basically, you can't give him missions if your a hokage.
6. Oh, and also, strictly, choose only 5 characters.

*NOTE:
since the characters right now have already gone strong and wiser, it will be interesting from your opinions who are the best 5 man-team,,, make it interesting...

to start with, here's mine:

1. Uzumaki Naruto - if you're following the current story, he have mastered the sage mode and was the only one who had single-handedly defeated Pain. also MOST, if not all, of you would agree that he's, as of the moment, the strongest shinobi in konoha.

2. Aburame Shino - with his powerful bugs and ability, he's a shinobi that has always been mysterious.

3. Hyuuga Neji - now that he's already a jounin, he's power has now increased. also his byakugan is indespensable.

4. Haruno Sakuro - a former "weak" kunoichi", now her power and medical ninjutsu skills can augment the team greatly.

5. Nara Shikamaru - of course, a team needs a tactician.
