2. I'm tired of the school trope where the MC is always hopelessly bullied and never gets any help. Are there any where an actual adult like a teacher steps in to stop it? (Most stories where they do get help it's from a friend or some popular student, but would like to see an actual grown up do something about it)

Regarding your desire for bullying stories.

Ijimeru Aitsu ga Waruinoka, Ijimerareta Boku ga Waruinoka? is a weird take on bullying but I think it depicts it well, while the plot itself isn't very realistic. A teacher does intervene.

There's an entire arc dedicated to a high school student getting bullied in Sangatsu no Lion which is probably the best take on bullying I've seen in a manga.
