I think there is a different rule for original works in english.(They cant be added in release page,I think.)
You can start a thread about your comic in "Manga General" section of the site.
Well lambchopsil will probably tell you about this in his welcome message.

I just read your comic and its good. There were some typos but it was impressive and well drawn.

Correct, MU doesn't allow user-made works to be listed, but you can make a thread about it (which you already did)
