I've seen a couple manga where a girl hides the fact that someone (or multiple someones) has basically made her his personal slave. Part of it is she's ashamed and embarassed, or afraid of her "master". But part of it is that her "normal" life is like a refuge, a place she can go to escape and, for just a little while, pretend that the whole nightmare really was nothing more than a bad dream that never really happened; also, telling the truth might wind up hurting people she cares about. I'd like to see some stuff with a girl being found out and ultimately freed.

I'm also interested in later hidden trauma. For instance, a girl was abused in the past and now she has a wall around her heart, keeps people away and pretends to be strong or even happy to hide her weakness and despair, until someone finds out about it and helps to heal her. Bonus if the healing either involves or leads to the bed. I've seen both, especially someone making love to a girl who feels she's become unclean and unlovable (very questionable form of therapy, but we're not dealing with the real world here).

Finally, it'd be interesting to see something that carries it full circle. The girl has overcome her trauma and let it go. If she's set it aside enough, to a certain extent one could almost say she's regained her virginity on certain levels. Then the past she's finally left behind comes back to haunt her. A former predator returns, or someone finds videos etc. of her being violated and decides to use them for personal benefit.

In any case, the girl has some sort of horrible, traumatic secrets and someone finds out and tries to set her free. It doesn't have to be someone who does, would, or even could become a sexual partner. For instance, in one work a girl can't tell her friends that her father gets paid to let a man rape her every day, partly because she wants to be "normal" with them and partially because one of her best friends is that man's daughter. And he starts to bring other fathers with him. Might be interesting if the daughters found out what their fathers have been doing and decide to get their friend out of there.

FYI, When You Let Go My Hand comes close to this, except that the trauma, abuse and slavery/exploitation start during the story with the hero's knowledge. The girl has no secrets from him. I'm looking for something with similar trauma, but more long-term and with the girl being afraid, ashamed or otherwise unwilling to let anyone know; the hero has to find out on his own.
