Yupp, it's called "Otoko no Ko Doushi no Jutsu", and if I remember well, it's from chapter 347.

I was actually very pissed of when the anime makers left it out of the episode - they made no change to the Onna no Ko Doushi no Jutsu (Konohamaru's yuri jutsu), so why discriminate against the yaoi?! I was sooo excited to finally see SaixSasu in the anime...!
