Hi,
Im looking for a, I think, Korean manga or at least one that was not Japanese. I read it some time ago and from what I remember it was many volumes long and went something along these lines.

The female lead was more handsome than some guys and was really strong. A guy transferred to her school, he goes into a changing room he thought qas for males because of her and discovers she is actually a girl. A little while later they fell in love. But later on they discover that he is her bloodrelated brother and he gets into an accident, gets a concussion or something and is never the same again.

The female lead gets transported to another world where she meets many handsome guys and gets into battles. The first one she meets is a prince that ran away from home. And her love interest is a king I think who fell in love with her even though he thought she was a male.

In the end she has a battle with an evil queen/princess and beats her where upon she goes back to her original world to say goodbye to the brother/lover and afterwards goes back to the other world.

I hope this is enough and that someone can tell me the name.
