I know that it's 11 volumes long, but does anyone know how many chapters it is. As the site only goes to 52?

I think I'm late but since I finished this a month ago I'll still answer. It has 56 chapters at least when I read 56 it had that "end" at the bottom, what confuses me is that MAL says it has 59 chapters...

59 chapters is correct when the extra chapters are added in.
One shows Rea and the gang going to an indoor swim park; second one is on her taking a walk with Furuya. The last one was released after Chapter 56 and it seems to be set many years after Rea and Furuya first met.
