It was about a japanese man with a fiancee or wife? well a female partner. He went to China for a business trip. He passes by a jewelry shop with a ring with a Red Ruby on it...or something like that. He remembers his "wife"(?) wanting it. Somehow he gets introduced to the shop owner and they get it on. There was a scene where the Japanese mad comes out only in jewelry...and gets a pearl necklace or something stuck up his butt...

Please help me. I pretty much gave up but i'm still a little hopeful!
