I don't remember much about it as it was a while back. Here is what I do remember:

• It's a harem with a comedy/ecchi vibe, don't remember if it goes into sexual or not
• The MC is a guy who's father/relative owns a pastry / sweets shop
• he gets in an argument/conflict with his father/relative
• he gets invited by a similar age girl and ends up working at a rival pastry / sweets shop
• him and the other chefs/maids teach other how to make different dishes
• the shop has a more mature woman (middle-aged) who's in charge

I've run into these on my search but these are NOT it: Dagashi Kashi, Kaichō wa Meido-sama, Yumeiro Patissiere and Bonjour Sweet Love Patisserie.
