Looking for an App to read manga stored on the phone and not retrieved from 3rd party.
I had used SCViewer and that is no longer available.

Ideas?

What format are your manga? Although Tachiyomi is most commonly used for online reading, you can also use it as a viewer for stuff you have saved. Unless it's some esoteric format it'll work just fine.

There's tachiyomi, but it has been shut down, so you can use Mihon. It's pretty similar.
