Retailer Rakuten's listing for the January 2019 issue of Shogakukan's Monthly Flowers magazine features a cover image that reveals that Yumi Tamura's 7SEEDS manga is inspiring an anime adaptation by Netflix. The magazine will ship on Wednesday.

Hm, this is one of those titles which i was saving for another day. Sometimes i like it when there's no anime, because now I have to decide to what to watch first: anime or manga.

Turns out you didn't need to worry. Even ignoring the very poor production values, the anime attempted to mash 16 volumes into 12 episodes resulting in a train wreck. 😢
