I'm looking for manga that are told from the perspective of a character who is female and has children (A mother). The story doesn't have to be about her raising the children, and they don't have to be little kids.

Nicoichi - there's a "mother" with a child. However, the mother is not female.

There are a few others more fitting what you are looking for (I think). But they are not scanlated. For example: Kiyaba Mama.

I haven't read it yet but probably Hikari to Tomo ni...

And I think Ichigo no Gakkou will fit as well.

I totally second Ichigo no Gakkou eventhough the manga focuses more on the father's POV. But it's good. =)

also try Suna no shiro

It tells the female character's POV of raising the child of her former lover

And I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Mother Sarah if you're into Post apocalyptic/sci fic manga. It's one of my fav.
