I was trying to remember a title I read a long time ago but I forgot it completely. Let me summarize the description.
It is a horror manga about a family moving in a new house that turned to be haunted by evil ghosts. A boy saw horrible things happening to his parents, his older sister and younger brother. When he meets a female classmate who happens to be an exorcist, he tells her about the house and tries to bring her into the house.But she was so creeped out by the evil presence inside the house, that she bolted away but not before warning the boy not to stay in the house.

I haven't seen that manga on the net for a long time. Either the scanlation group has stopped updating the series.or they have completed it

I jjust remembered one detail that contradicts my previous description. I would like to correct myself. The house is not exactly brand new. It was an old house occupied by previous tenants. The family previously lived in a smaller house (or was it an apartment?)

I also recall the boy's oneechan (older sister) was selfish and wanted her own room. The boy and his brother shared one room. I think the grandmother also lives with the family but I am not entirely sure. My memory is not very good
