Um, Hi!

So the manga I'm looking for is a yaoi manga. One of the guys was a total rude jerk to the other, and I recall him getting drunk and calling his lover to come pick him up. Then he slept with a girl, and when his lover returned the girl was like, he's your brother or friend or something. The stupid uke just forgave everything. Until the girl borrowed a shirt that the guy had bought him, that was the final straw, and the guy moves out. He then dates someone else and changes his appearance. I remember his new bf buys him a watch and he thinks it's like a handccuff.

I recall somewhere near the end, the uke's friends (which are also the seme's friends) throw him a birthday party, and one of his (girl) friends sees his ex in the restaraunt and wants to move but they stay, and the ex gets appendicitis and they all swarm towards him.

Uh. Sorry the description's messed up. If you want more clarifications, just ask..I just can't remember the name..
