That is a list that has no end. And there are a few other threads around the same sort of thing, either SM or BDSM. I don't get into that stuff generally, but two titles come to mind. While I've never read it, Nana to Kaoru seems to come up every time someone asks about SM. One I have read is Koikeda-san to Asobou!. The girl's an exhibitionist and a mild masochist, while the boy finds that he's a bit of a sadist himself. It's also got some good comedy, especially toward the end.
