The MC was a highschool student, has 3 siblings, one girl who seems in 3rd year middle school, one boy and one other girl who was still in elementary school.
They don't had their parents anymore, the MC then told to his siblings that he will go out from the house for a while and try to found a job.
Of course he can't find a big job(most job was small paying part timer), because he was still a highschool student, and he needs a job that pay big to feed 4 people + their school tuiton and such.
in the end he read ads to join evil organization and it pay big.
the mc then go to interview and got accepted.
his job ? he become a small fry infantry minion like in power ranger lol
basically his first job, he meet 5 power rangers , that beat the monster(his boss) and him too.
He then be friended a high school girl(his senpai i guess), who was a high ranking officer in that evil organization.
In the end he saw his sister as justice heroes and called herself the duo bird man or what(had one male partner), which make him broke sweat....he worried about her , especially her partner was her school friend who seems in love with her(his brother beat out of shit on him, well duh brother complex).
He then did'nt tell his family about his job and lie to his sister that he work at hero show perfomance for kid and he works as the "minion" who get beaten up. He lie because he don't want his family feels ashamed/bad that the food they eating are from doing bad deeds(even though the evil organization was'nt bad, has special purpose so jobless people has work and did'nt do any criminal thing).
Basically the manga was about the MC life as "minion" who fought heroes. Later he got power up, by loli evil profesor that make him test subject(he can't refuse, because the evil organization will pay him 10x times if he agree). So he got transformed like to crab minion, to swan minion every time he go show up vs heroes and he got called "special minion" by the other heroes.
