I’m looking for a oneshot written from a cat’s point of view as she is taken in as a stray and watches her owner (a boy) grow up. There are a bunch of timeskips and at the end, she runs away to die, but the boy, now a young man, finds her.

The cat wasn’t actually drawn as a cat, but as a catgirl. I think she changed outfits but I remember she wore a black parka? raincoat-type jacket at some point and had short, light-colored hair. The artstyle seemed kinda josei but I think the actual demographic was shounen or seinen.

I think this oneshot was included in a longer series since I couldn’t find its MU page, but it did have its own page on batoto (rip) if that helps any.
