Earlier this year I saved the image below into my inspiration folder. I enjoy how the artist suggests the chunky pattern of the characters jumper and would like to take a closer look at his/her work. The manga is from a 2017 weekly or monthly magazine but that is all I remember. I've been looking through all the magazines I know of and looking at the publishers, but so far no luck.

I know it's probably a long shot, but I thought I'd try asking here. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

The image is mirrored. After mirroring it back it's relatively easy to find via google image search, especially with a little knowledge of Japanese.
