Ok so I'm reading Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan and theres this running gag of a girl being happy because she "found an oil baron". I swear to god this is a reference to something I read long ago, and I have no idea if its from a manga or a story or what??

All I remember is that there is this young girl who wants to get married specifically to an oil baron. A whole bunch of guys approach her and she turns them all down after finding out they're not an oil baron. When she DOES find her rich oil baron, something happens (one of the two doesn't like the other, idr) and the two can't be together, devastating the girl.

It's an odd plot line, I know. It's bugging me so much I have no idea where this is from if anyone has any idea please please tell me
