Fairy Tail Zero Spinoff to End in July
The 12th issue of Kodansha's Monthly Fairy Tail magazine announced on Wednesday that both Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail Zero prequel manga and Yūsuke Shirato's Tale of Fairy Tail: Ice Trail spinoff manga will end in the magazine's 13th issue, which Kodansha will publish on July 17.
Fairy Tail Zero is a prequel to the Fairy Tail manga, and tells the story of the founders of the Fairy Tail guild.
Tale of Fairy Tail: Ice Trail centers around the boyhood of the character Gray, following him until he joined the Fairy Tail guild.
Mashima launched the Fairy Tail Zero manga in the first issue of Monthly Fairy Tail last July. Shirato launched the Tale of Fairy Tail: Ice Trail manga in the same issue.
Kodansha Comics publishes the main Fairy Tail manga in North America, and Crunchyroll is releasing new chapters online as they come out in Japan.
