I help out at http://www.rootmanga.com and we are trying a new thing with hosting a wordpress/Nucleus blog for scanlators who don't have websites. We are just testing it but there are some requirements.

1. Your have to have mangas that you released already
2. Your group is active.
3. Use our forums for your main forums. We will give you a subforums to use and you will have moderator status. Example: http://www.rootmanga.com/forum/index.php?c=3
4. Your domain name will be group.rootmanga.com or if you have a domain name you can use that.
