I can't remember much of it but I remember it was part of a short series of one shots. It was a shonen ai(or yaoi I really can't remember which) that was about two guys working at a video store, the uke-ish character was upset because the other guy was mean to him but nice to everyone else and they eventually bonded because the uke dude watched a film the guy recommended to a friend and liked the director. Turns romantic with it turning out that the seme was just really awkward around people he likes.

EDIT: Also I wanna find a yaoi manga that had the seme painting on the uke. The uke liked to masturbate in public places and eventually fell for a painter at the park.
