Can someone explain the rule of Game 4: Russian Roulette rules in plain English.
I tried reading and I don't understand it.
And Akiyama's strategy to win it in the very beginning.
Thank you.

I'll explain the game first, the strategy I haven't got to there yet.
The game of russian roulette is a potentially lethal game of chance in which participants place a single round in a revolver, spin the cylinder, place the muzzle against their head and pull the trigger
In this case for Liar Game, the gun has 24 chambers instead of the usual 6 chambers that normal revolvers have. At every round, each of the players are required to choose three spots where he/she wants to place the blanks into the chamber. The cylinder is then spun, and the gun is placed on the table.
The gun is then spun to see who goes first. When the spinning stops, the person that the nozzle first points to will go first.
In this Russian Roulette, however, you can pass. To pass, you have to pay a coin (note that each coin costs 1 million). If the first player wishes to pass, then it becomes the 2nd person's turn. However, the catch is each time a pass is made, the money requires to pass is doubled. For example, if the first person passes, he/she pays 1 coin. If the 2nd person chooses to pass, he/she pays 2 coins. This causes the game turn to return to the first player. However, if the first player wishes to pass again, he/she have to pay 4 coins. This will continue until 5 passes are made.
Also, note that all coins that are paid for passing are collected on the table. If an opponent suddenly decides to shoot, he/she then shoots his/her head. If the chamber was empty, the opponent who decided to shoot will get whatever coins that are on the table. However, if the gun goes off, then he/she immediately has to change players, and the opponent will obtain 50 coins plus whatever's on the table.
If the game has gone on to 5 passes, the dealer will then declare a draw and he'll shoot himself. The dealer will take the shot, then he keeps the money.
