I can't remember the name of this yaoi and it's driving me nuts... @_@

The uke has cool scene looking hair, dyed in two colors; it's either blond on black or black on blond. He likes his neighbor, an otaku who likes collecting moe anime girl figures; the neighbor is also oblivious to the uke's feelings. When they finally get together, the uke gets worried that they haven't been doing anything couple-like, so he gets them tickets to the amusement park. There is some dispute about how the seme has to go to an anime con or something but it gets resolved in the end. Also, when they did it for the first time, the seme thought that the uke was moe.
