well i can't really remember the plot so well but heres my best shot:

the uke i think works at a bar/or goes to it often with friends and his seme.
the uke isn't so confident(i think?) with his seme, and eventually breaks up with him or either that they had a fight and seme breaks it off. he gets a new boyfriend. The uke still goes to same bar and often meets with his ex. his friend and him ignore the guy. his new boyfriend gives him a gift, but the the uke still has feelings for his ex.
they once again meet at the bar, the uke hangs with his boyfriend and the ex stands against wall, the guy suddenly collapses and uke rushes to him, worried.
things are solved between the uke and his ex and they get back together
