This manga is clearly more targeted at male readers then female readers imo.

Maybe because of the magazine it was published in? Or someone might have applied that label since I think there are no guys directly shown or only 1 guy in it.

just like you say it's directed toward male readers, but even then it's not very good, there's plently other better ones. 😃
