I just got huge earge to read one manga, but cannot remember it's name nor the mangaka.

I remember the details blurry, so hope i can tell you something that makes you remember this manga...

Ok, so there is new guy in the office/company, who is gay.
He meets his superior in elevator, who thinks of alcohol and is really messy.
And than when he goes to his office room, he gets to know he is his superior.
The superior is straigth, but they fall in love and then there comes time,
when the superior quits smoking for some reason, i don't remember the reason.

Sorry very little info, but i hope someone knows this manga of these details.
