Side Stories You Want To See

As a bit of a companion idea—or maybe a "side story" (yeah, bad pun)—to the weekly poll about whether we read side stories or not, I have a question for us:
Is there a specific side story (or spinoff) idea you want to see happen that hasn't happened?
Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!, a romantic comedy, made me want 2 different side stories by the end:
1) Since the main couple (Jun and Tomo) are now a thing, a more serious continuation of the side couple's (Misuzu and Tatsumi) developing romance.
2) There was a side character, the little sister of Tarsumi, who had a more chaotic and innocent personality, and had a massive crush on Jun. Now that Jun is no longer available, a story following her getting over Jun and finding her own boyfriend would be, in my opinion, a very different flavor of romantic comedy (far more chaotic) well worth reading.
For Mezametara Saikyou Soubi to Uchuusen Mochi Datta node, Ikkodate Mezashite Youhei to Shite Jiyuu ni Ikitai there is a ton of world building that never seems to happen in the main story, so I would love to see a normal spinoff story of a more average character in that universe that would help with the world building. Or, for the same purpose, a collection of various short stories of different characters in different scenarios.
Anyways, those are some side stories/spinoffs I want to see. What are yours? Oh, please keep spoilers in mind and hide that kind of stuff behind a spoiler tag of some kind.
I'm a jack of all trades but master of none. Too many jars and not enough hands.

I just woke up so I'm struggling to think of specific examples, but I read a lot of rofan, and in so many of them I wish we could see side stories where the rejected 2nd MLs move on with their lives and find someone else.
I always find it so frustrating when leads in a story have a harem of rejected suitors who never move on even though they've already been turned down as if to say that if they're able to get over the MC then their love wasn't actually that real/powerful or the MC isn't actually that amazing if they're ever able to love someone after them.
I want them to stop writing good, likeable characters who are cursed to a lifetime of one-sided pining just to make the MC look desirable in supposedly happy endings.
