The MC, an omega, is drugged by his date and as he wanders about, he stumbles into the regular world. He goes to the pharmacy to get represents but those don't exist so he's just kicked out. He bumps into the ML, mistaking him for an alpha and they bone. They go their separate ways until MC realizes he's pregnant. He considers aborting it but since he's a dude, he's just generally rejected. ML vaguely knows about the MC but isn't interested since it was just a one night stand and doesn't believe he's pregnant. I also think the ML has an adopted child cause he needed an heir but didn't want a wife for whatever reason.
